Jul. 6th, 2007 07:32 pm@#$@^%&^% doctors. got the lab results back today and it turns out the only thing they didn't test for was the thing my doctor was pretty sure i have. so after i finish the antibiotics this weekend, we get to do more tests so they can do it right this time. i am pissed off.
more happily, i went shopping today and got two dresses, one a sort of sundress that says "picnic" more than anything, and a simple but flattering strapless dress for a few upcoming fancyish events. my sister got an amazingly gorgeous black cocktail dress that looks perfect on her (like anything will on a 5'6" 14-year-old who epitomizes the word svelte). i don't know where i got my body type, but it sure wasn't from my mom, who isn't curvy at all. yarrrr.

Date: Jul. 7th, 2007 11:48 am (UTC)ooh, dress shopping. sounds satisfying! ...and younger sisters do tend to have the unfortunate quality of looking amazing in anything we olders can barely even imagine. and yet...i'm pretty sure you as well can look good in pretty much anything you want to, which the rest of us can't say! :) (but yes, took my sister shorts shopping the other day, and...mehhhhhhh!)
