hi. i'm sitting in the burlington airport (thank god they have free wireless). my flight to chicago is delayed from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. i'm supposed to be leaving chicago for austin at 8 p.m. there's a possiblity this flight may leave as early as 6:30, and the flight to austin may be delayed. so i may make it. there's a lot of maybes going on here. no, there's no other flight on any airline i can fly standby on that would get me to austin or houston by any other route. if i'm stuck in chicago, no, united won't pay for a hotel. no, i can't drive. no, i really don't want to spend the night in the airport. i want my mommy. :(

EDIT: i made it home around 3 a.m. i am really tired of airports but glad to be home!
