medical weirdness

so i went to the doctor today to get drugs for my sinus infection, and it turns out that what i thought was a swollen lymph node in the hollow of my throat is actually an obstructed salivary gland...what the heck?! didn't know such a thing existed. so he told me to go buy lots of sour hard candy. first time i've ever been prescribed tooth rot by a doctor. :P other than that, i've been in bed most of the day with moderately trashy novels. i even watched the disney channel for like an hour...it was depressing, in a funny sort of way. at some point i guess i have to do my homework. drat.

Sickness sucks. But at least you get to eat lots of candy. Disney Channel used to be so much fun when I was a kid, now it's boring (did the shows get boring or did I just stop worshipping Lizzie-McGuire like shows?) Anyway, I'm just saying HI since I finally got myself signed up and stuff on this live journal!! Byeeee. Hope you feel better.
